IT Support – Expert Package

The Expert package is dedicated to customers who need expert knowledge and management of advanced IT systems that meet the highest standards of data security.

  1. In the Expert package, specialists with the greatest knowledge and competences are delegated to customer service, which confirm their certificates.
  2. The team of administrators will take care of every possible aspect related to IT systems in the enterprise for you.
  3. The package has no restrictions on the size of the organization, including the number of supported servers, IT systems and locations.
  4. In addition, full documentation of IT systems is kept as part of the administration.
  5. Paid software will be used for IT support to update systems and monitor them.

Bearing in mind the dynamically developing availability of cloud services, we will design, migrate, implement and maintain Azure, Google Cloud Platfor, Google WorkSpace services.

If you purchase the Expert service, you and your colleagues will be able to use it:

  1. throughout the Polish
  2. in all European Union countries
  3. in the United Kingdom.
  4. for people working as sales representatives
  5. for people working remotely and in Home Office mode
  6. You will be able to talk to our engineers in Polish, English or German.

By reporting your cases to our engineers, our Engineers have at your disposal:

  1. Telephone connection from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. with immediate response time or notification via e-mail or ITSM class system form via website 24 hours a day with a response time of up to 2 hours.
  2. Our engineers will do their best to ensure that your cases are solved within an estimated resolution time of up to 4 working hours
  3. You choose what hours are business hours for your company, we offer a standard choice of 7-15 or 8-16 or 9-17 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Always a working day is 8 hours.
  4. In the Expert package, our service for the provision of helpdesk assistance works from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 10-6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, while the administration from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
  5. If the situation requires it you will be able to report your cases during these hours, the only inconvenience will be that the work of our engineers will be settled by the values of additional work, which are always set in the contract.
  6. Travel time for a local visit is up to 2 hours.
  7. As part of the package, we assign you a dedicated lead engineer to help
