Documentation administration. As part of signed contracts, Lizard administrators produce documentation in the form of as-built documentation, policies, operating procedures or instructions. All documentation must be up-to-date and relate to the actual system, a tedious process, but that’s why Lizard Administrators will take care of it on your behalf.
According to what standard do we produce documentation?
Our clients require us to document IT systems in accordance with ISO, FDA, GMP, ITIL, GDPR and other quality systems.
What kind of documentation can I expect?
Clients order audits and audit reports, technical documentation, post-implementation documentation, operating diagrams, procedures and instructions, and sometimes also instructional videos.
Do you validate computerized systems in pharmaceutical companies?
We are happy to carry out documentation, including validation documentation and the process of validation of computerized systems in accordance with GMP and FDA systems.
