IT audit of the condition of IT systems, devices and applications

Sometimes it is the case that companies developing, take care of theirmain activity, forget about IT systems, which are a key element of every company.
Often, even the fact that there is an IT department on site does not guarantee that the Management Board of a given company is notified about the state and needs of IT at the appropriate level. The initiative to carry out an external and non-independent audit is often asked to us by the Management Board, which wants to verify a certain current state, but also the initiator of the audit are IT departments, which want to provide the Management Board, sometimes difficult, but important information aimed at providing an independent decision, e.g. about the need to modernize or migrate the IT system.

The scope of work does not differ from the Pre-implementation Audit, the difference lies only in the exact distribution of accents, in the directions indicated by the Management Board or IT Department of the Client. The analysis is then more accurate in the designated areas.

Duration:

In order to carry out the audit, at least one local visit (8 hours) must take place, the rest of the work, depending on the complexity of the system and technical capabilities, is carried out remotely. The results will be processed over 7 working days.

Results of work:

The results of the work will be presented in the form of a post-audit document and, if necessary, we will prepare presentations for the Management Board.
The results of the work will also include proposals of technologies that the customer can use or commission and use to modernize or migrate their systems.
